Seek out testimonials. Satisfied parents will often happily give a testimonial. Nothing inspires parent confidence more than what other parents say about a practice. Pediatric dentists and team members cannot say to patients, “We are great.” It would sound egotistical and parents would be put off. On the other hand, parents will be inspired, rather than offended, if they read testimonials from satisfied parents saying great things about the pediatric dentist and the team.
