Keep the website updated. The practice’s website is the “public face” of the pedo office. If the information appears outdated or if the website looks like it was designed in the 1990s, many parents will pass you by and look at other pedo practices. If people perceive that the practice doesn’t care about its website, then they will assume the office doesn’t care about impressing parents and patients. Everything about the pedo practice, including the website, reflects the quality of care provided, especially in the minds of parents of prospective patients.
