Know how your performance is reviewed. A performance review measures the skills of all team members. Scheduled at least once a year, performance reviews should be designed to help:
Identify specific skills and educational needs of staff members
Determine an individual’s progress and level of motivation
Understand how a team member feels about the pedo practice
Develop team members’ abilities and build the practice
Retain team members by meeting their individual needs
