The Components of Your Consulting Program— Delivered in Your Practice
Your consulting program includes the optimal combination of face-to-face training, practice observation, and implementation support to ensure accountability and the proper integration of Levin Group Systems in your practice. In the four training sessions, you and your team will learn to implement the key systems—supported by targets, techniques and scripting—to increase ortho production.
- Doctor Training– At the start of the program this session is conducted to provide an overview of how to effectively lead your team and supervise the successful implementation of the Levin Group systems. This initial leadership training will set the stage for a successful consulting engagement and incorporate lessons from our top-producing clients.
- Team Training Session – Your consultant will observe key aspects of your practice, then immediately initiate training on essential management systems, including the development of a highly efficient scheduling system, the creation of an exceptional patient experience, and how to use scripts skillfully in interactions with parents and patients.
- Team Training Session – Your consultant will introduce you and your team to proven techniques for providing an excellent New Patient Experience. Your consultant will also instruct you on all aspects of successful case presentation. You and your Treatment Coordinator will learn strategies to increase your practice’s case acceptance and start rates, such as building value, overcoming objections, offering different payment options and implementing effective follow-up. In addition, your team will receive training and scripts to effectively develop and manage relationships with referring doctors and their teams.
- Leadership Team Training – As an integral part of your Levin Group Consulting Program, your consultant will work directly with you and your leadership team to build on your current abilities and set the foundation for greater practice success. You will learn the necessary systems, strategies and tools to effectively lead and manage your practice in the new dental economy.
Structured Phone Conferences
These occur throughout your consulting engagement in order to keep you and your team focused on achieving your goals. During these one-hour calls, which typically occur every two weeks, your consultant will assess progress made on implementing Levin Group systems, address any roadblocks and answer critical questions. Throughout your program, your consultant will motivate and guide you and your team in the areas of systems customization, team management and leadership.
