The Components of Your Consulting Program— Delivered in Your Practice
Your consulting program includes the optimal combination of face-to-face training, practice observation, and implementation support to ensure accountability and the proper integration of Levin Group Systems in your practice. In your training sessions, you and your team will learn to implement the key systems—supported by targets, techniques and scripting—to increase ortho production.
Over the course of your program, your dedicated Levin Group consultant will conduct multiple multi-day in-person training sessions to teach you the leadership skills you need and train your team to upgrade and implement every essential management system in your practice. From treatment coordination to scheduling to customer service to case acceptance to financial options and everything in between, you and your team will receive direct in-person training from an experienced practice management expert.
Structured Phone Conferences
These occur throughout your consulting engagement in order to keep you and your team focused on achieving your goals. During these one-hour calls, which typically occur every two weeks, your consultant will assess progress made on implementing Levin Group systems, address any roadblocks and answer critical questions. Throughout your program, your consultant will motivate and guide you and your team in the areas of systems customization, team management and leadership.
