Survey parents regularly. Create a short survey about the total patient experience. For the best results, use a web-based survey that can be completed in the office on a laptop or tablet. If using hard-copy surveys, hand the survey to parents and ask them to complete it before they leave the practice. Place a box in the reception area where they can turn in their surveys anonymously. Review the responses at the morning meeting.
