Always exceed parent expectations. Make your pedo practice a destination for new patients and their parents by creating the best New Patient Experience possible. Each interaction with parents should be scripted for maximum effectiveness. The practices that exceed expectations during parent/patient interactions will be the ones that continue to grow and add new patients.
