Check Key Production Indicators (KPIs) weekly. To track performance, doctors should use 12–15 KPIs, including:
- Production
- Collections
- Overhead
- New Patients
- Profitability
Once you determine which KPIs are relevant, analyze them on a weekly basis. Over time, consistent evaluation of KPIs makes it possible for you to rapidly identify even minor performance changes.
