Advice for the Treatment Coordinator – Reach out to undecided parents. Scheduling a second consult when both parents can attend is an effective approach. Yet, many ortho practices resist the idea of holding two consults. It makes sense when asking parents to make a decision in the $5,000 range to give them a second opportunity to say “yes” to treatment at your practice.
