Even the best practice may get an unfavorable social media review. The age-old advice to pause and take a deep breath before responding in confrontational situations certainly applies here. Aggressively challenging unfavorable comments makes the practice appear too defensive. The best way to address negative publicity is with positive publicity. Encouraging satisfied patients to post their comments in the right places can offset the rare negative comment.
