Actively seek more parent referrals. There’s an even better promoter of your practice than the orthodontist or the staff… it’s parents (and adult patients). They can be your goodwill ambassadors. Many are willing to take on this role but won’t unless you ask them. In fact, truly satisfied parents and adult patients will be happy to promote your ortho office. Getting more referrals begins by letting them know that recommendations are appreciated.
