Make the best impression possible on patients and parents. It’s natural for members of the practice team to have disagreements about various aspects of their work. These can lead to stress if left unresolved, so they should be addressed at monthly staff meetings or some other team-only venue. However, they should never become part of the parents’ or patients’ experience in the practice. Open disagreement among team members undermines parent and patient confidence.
