Advice to the Marketing Coordinator – Start a practice e-newsletter. Send out a monthly or quarterly electronic newsletter to stay in touch with parents and patients. The newsletter can include 4–6 brief items about the practice. Story ideas can cover practice-sponsored events, treatment explanations, parent and patient testimonials, recent courses taken by the orthodontist and staff, etc. A printed copy can be posted on a bulletin board or placed in the reception area.
