Send birthday greetings to patients. If your ortho practice isn’t already doing this, you’re missing a chance to make a great impression with minimal effort and expense. You can send cards—ideally, signed by the doctor and staff members—through the mail. E-cards work well, too. Whatever method you choose, the thoughtfulness will be appreciated by patients and their parents.
