Advice for the Front Desk Team – Educate patients about the surgical specialist. The more they know about your practice, the easier it is to create confidence in the care they will receive. A good place to start is by talking about the doctor with a script that begins, “Let me tell you a little bit about Dr. Smith.” Sharing information about the doctor often goes a long way toward creating confidence in the practice.
