Advice for the Marketing Coordinator – Create a multi-strategy marketing plan. To be effective, a marketing program for your practice should include at least 15 distinct, ongoing strategies. Include a range of approaches—from contests and events to community outreach—in a coordinated, year-long schedule, and monitor results so any necessary changes can be made quickly. How many strategies do you have in place for the rest of the year? If it’s only a few, it’s time to brainstorm some more.
