TC Tip: There’s a better way to say, “Do you have any questions?” This may sound like a great question, but it can actually signal to parents and patients that the conversation is over and that you are in a rush to get to your next appointment. Instead, ask “Is there anything else you’d like to know?” This indicates that you are ready to help them make the best decision regarding their child’s orthodontic treatment.
