Make every patient and parent feel special. Superior customer service is about treating each orthodontic patient and parent like a VIP. Imagine your favorite public figure as your patient. How would you treat that individual? Would you greet that person differently? Would you provide personalized, outstanding service? You never know who will refer new patients to your practice. Everyone should be viewed as a VIP.
