Maintain observation patients on a regular schedule. Observation patients should be seen every six months, no exceptions… certainly not every year or two as is often the case in some practices. When potential patients are seen every six months, their dental development can be easily monitored and their affinity for the practice grows, increasing the likelihood that they will “graduate” and become actual patients.
