Advice for the Marketing Coordinator – Seek more parent referrals. Parents (and adult patients) are even better promoters of your ortho practice than the orthodontist and your fellow team members. When parents really like your office, they will gladly act as your goodwill ambassadors, but you have to ask them to refer friends and family. Gathering successful referrals from parents requires letting them know that recommendations are appreciated.
