Advice for the Front Desk Coordinator – Ask “the question” during checkout. When patients return from the clinical area, always ask “How was your visit today?” If patients or parents mention anything less than a positive experience, do your best to remedy the situation and create greater satisfaction immediately. Any complaints should be shared with the doctor or office manager.
