Advice for the Dentist – Empower your team to grow your practice. Your team is there to help you—don’t leave them out of the case presentation process. Too many doctors think of case presentation as a one-time event that occurs only when the dentist enters the treatment or consultation room. In fact, case presentation should be viewed as a continuous process. It starts with patients’ first contact with the practice and encompasses every interaction, from check-in to treatment to follow-up. Remember, each interaction is an opportunity to build value for treatment and educate patients.
