Advice for the Endodontist – Thank patients who make referrals. Anyone who refers should receive a personal thank-you call from the doctor. The practice should also send an email to referrers expressing appreciation for the endorsement. Last but not least, staff members, including the doctor, should personally thank referring patients during their follow-up.
