Advice for the Endodontist – Don’t be afraid to make non-clinical mistakes. A no-risk leadership style is in itself a risky proposition. Consult with experts (CPA, lawyer, etc.) on major decisions and make minor decisions quickly. Doctors who are willing to innovate, take risks and learn from their mistakes have the potential for tremendous growth.
