Rehearse scripts. The key to scripting is to review and rehearse. Scripting needs to become second nature so that everyone on the pedo team delivers the proper words and benefit statements in a natural, positive and energetic manner. The right communication leads to reduced stress, improved relationships with parents and patients, and increased referrals.
