Telling leads to selling. For case presentation, try thinking more like a trusted advisor. Patients are turned off by the hard sell but fully appreciate doctors telling them about their recommendation and laying out all the benefits and options. When presenting treatment to patients relate to them by being positive, straightforward and informative and you’ll see big results.
