Advice for the Dentist – As practice leader, set the example. Your attitude and actions set the tone for the practice. If you are moody, then the practice will often needlessly experience high stress. A positive outlook and disposition create the right environment for the team and patients. You must exert a calming influence on your team. You are the glue that holds the team together. When your team sees you acting appropriately, they will follow suit.
