Schedule on a per-chair basis. Scheduling coordinators should look at each dental chair as an opportunity to grow the practice. Most doctors can keep two main chairs busy, with one assistant dedicated to each chair. Once both chairs have reached full capacity, consider adding a third, auxiliary chair to enhance flexibility and further increase production potential.
