All team members should know the three major benefits of every service. Patients might ask anyone at the practice about treatment the doctor has recommended or that they are considering… from whitening to implants. Your training program should include familiarization with all procedures offered and their benefits for patients. This will reinforce the doctor’s recommendations and encourage patients to ask the doctor about other services.
