Advice for the Dentist – Present and close more multi-tooth cases. Setting and hitting a target of closing 90% of all cases may not be good enough if they’re mostly for single-tooth treatment. Use comprehensive exams and treatment plans to raise the proportion of multi-tooth cases you present to 45%. Production will increase accordingly.
