Advice for the New Orthodontist – Implement step-by-step systems early. Many ortho practices have habits––instead of actual systems––which impede practice growth. Younger orthodontists should establish strong systems as early as possible in their practices. Systems improve efficiency, reduce stress and make it easier for staff members to do their jobs well, which, ultimately, leads to increased production and profitability.
