Set the bar high. Your customer service is being judged not only against other ortho and medical practices but also retail stores, restaurants and hotels. That might not seem fair, but parents and adult patients will compare how they are treated from one business to another. Go out of your way to increase patient satisfaction, and parents will tell others about your ortho practice.
