Schedule more efficiently. Many surgical practices make the mistake of scheduling by simply filling empty time slots. Instead, designate time slots for different types of cases (including emergencies) and strive to fill them appropriately. Otherwise, you’ll create bottlenecks, poor workflow, inconvenience for patients and stress.
