Ask patients for referrals. Every one of your patients can become an ambassador for your practice… if you ask them. Actually, you don’t even have to ask. Just let them know you’re accepting new patients—in conversation and with discrete signs in your office. You should be able to get one referral annually from 40–60% of your patients.
