Surprise patients when they first call your endo practice. Today, when people call places of business, they usually get an impersonal response… perhaps pleasant, but not enthusiastic. Be the exception. Answer patient calls with a scripted comment like, “We’re glad you called. We love meeting new patients and look forward to working with you.” This will build your reputation for providing excellent customer service.
