Stop reacting to everything. 20% of what you react to doesn’t even need an answer and 50% doesn’t need an answer right away. As a practice leader, you want to encourage your team to be able to make certain decisions on their own. Building a practice where team members can make decisions in the best interest of the practice without always leaning on you increasing staff productivity and confidence.
