Advice for the Marketing Coordinator – Create a database of patient marketing strategies. To help you manage referral promotion activities, the database should include the totals of monthly referrals, new patients and production generated by each strategy, as well as start-stop dates. Add new strategies to the database, and don’t remove “retired” promotions. You may want to reactivate them in the future.
