Every team member should know the top three benefits of every service. Staff training should include teaching everyone what services the practice offers and the top three benefits of each. This is good for the practice in two ways. First, it helps team members understand and appreciate the practice’s oral healthcare mission. Second, it prepares staff to reinforce the doctor’s treatment recommendations with patients.
