Jealousy will make you miserable. We recently spoke with a dentist who was interested in engaging our dental consulting services because a dentist friend’s practice was performing better than his own. While we were happy to help, his motivation should not have been based on what his friend or colleague was doing. Instead, it should have been focused on becoming the best dentist and practice owner he could be.
