To improve teamwork, read everyone else’s job description. Rather than assuming you know what others on the practice team are supposed to do, review the responsibilities that have been assigned to everyone you work with in the course of a day. Then, when a staff member does (or doesn’t do) something, you will know if the job description is the real cause.
