Stay focused on the positive in meetings. Every endo team feels a certain amount of stress, so some complaints are bound to come up at staff meetings. But you should use an agenda—plus the right attitude—to direct attention to the positive: preparing for what’s ahead, brainstorming ways to improve performance, solving problems and emphasizing the value of teamwork.
