Give patients the VIP treatment. To increase patient loyalty, regular visits and referrals, treat patients in ways that show how much you value them. If you don’t schedule new patients within 7–10 days, welcome them warmly, offer nice amenities or keep to the schedule, they have little reason to stay with your practice.
