Create—and follow—a morning meeting agenda. Prepare for the day. Use an agenda to quickly identify what to expect, including new patients coming in for their first visit, referring parents to thank, unaccepted treatment to discuss, likely time crunches, emergency slots available, parents who are behind on payments, etc. The agenda enables you to cover a lot in 10–15 minutes.
