Apply the Golden 10 to coworkers, not just patients. For greater team cohesion, get to know your teammates as individuals, not just fellow workers. Ask about their families, hobbies, concerns and other personal information. Just as you can strengthen relationships with parents and patients by using the Golden 10—learning at least 10 facts about their lives and interests—you can bond with other team members the same way.
