Brainstorm as a team for patient satisfaction ideas. At a staff meeting, talk about the importance of patient satisfaction and ask team members to come to the next monthly meeting with 10 written ideas each for how to make the patient experience better. Discuss the ideas, thank everyone, and implement as many new ideas as possible. This will result not only in happier patients but also happier team members.
