What does a dental team member really want? People are motivated in different ways including money, professionalism, working four days a week, and the enjoyment of patients coming through the office. As one front desk person said, “I don’t really care about the dentistry, but I really like the people.”  There is no right or wrong answer about what each team member really wants.
