Advice for the Marketing Coordinator – Generate one referral a year from 40–60% of current patients. Satisfied patients will usually be happy to recommend your practice to members of their family, friends, co-workers, neighbors and others. Display signs and posters where patients can see them, saying “We welcome new patients.” Come up with a variety of referral strategies—educational, fun, public service or social media ideas—that can be run simultaneously and consistently throughout the year.
