Advice for the Marketing Coordinator – Start working on next year’s marketing calendar now. Review the effectiveness of this year’s marketing strategies so far. Keep the strategies that have generated more referrals and eliminate those that haven’t worked as well. Brainstorm new strategies and promotions at meetings with the surgical specialist and other staff members. Set a target for having the 2018 marketing calendar completed by late November or early December.
