Move beyond communicating to motivating. Whenever you are communicating with endo patients, be mindful about the practice’s objectives. Use scripts to influence patient behavior… whether it’s showing up for an appointment, accepting treatment, complying with instructions, paying what’s owed, or making referrals based on the great service your practice provided.
