Dale Carnegie wrote How to Win Friends and Influence People—the greatest book ever written on interpersonal relations and getting along with other people. You may have read it but we strongly recommend that you read it again. In fact, we suggest that the entire practice purchase the book and once a month, at your monthly business review meeting, discuss one chapter and how it could be implemented into your practice.
