It’s natural for members of the practice team to have differing opinions and even disagreements about various aspects of their work. These can lead to stress if unresolved, so they should be addressed at monthly staff meetings or some other team-only venue. However, open disagreement between staff members should never become part of the patient experience. Visiting the dentist is perceived to be stressful by many people—don’t make it more so with unprofessional behavior.
